Who We Are
Partners HP (formerly HPPP) is the Partnership in Central Wisconsin to Reduce Hunger & Poverty. Our mission is to partner with our community to GROW food, FEED people, and HOUSE families. We believe that hunger and poverty prevention is possible with partnership.
What We Do
Partners HP has developed several project teams to help address and solve hunger and poverty related issues faced by Portage County residents. Some of those projects include Empty Bowls, Giving Gardens, RentReady, and the Mobile Pantry.
