Farmshed Rummage Sale

Central Rivers Farmshed is planning a Fall Rummage Sale for October 2nd (1pm to 7pm) and 3rd (9am to 1pm)! 

On Wed and Fri, September 23/25 3-7pm and Thurs and Sat, September 24/26 9-1pm, we will be accepting community donations with an emphasis on new/like-new/gently-used garden and kitchen wares, but other items will also be welcome. 

We all have things lying around, just waiting for someone to put them to use. Here's your chance to help those items reach their full potential once again. That dusty food dehydrator in your basement will bring such joy to a budding food preserver. 

Have a valuable or large item you wish to donate? Contact us at info@farmshed.org with a picture and description of the item(s). We may advertise those items through facebook before the sale. 

Donation receipts will be provided, so bring us your stuff! Oh wait, not all of your stuff, there are some exceptions...we've taken the St Vinnie's approach and won't be accepting: 

{Tube and rear projection televisions (we do take working LCD and LED T.V.'s), Console stereos, Sleeper sofas and sleeper loveseats, Microwaves, Humidifiers and dehumidifiers, Computers and computer components , Typewriters and word processors, Fax machines, Gas appliances, Dishwashers, Range hoods, Tires & Batteries, Plumbing fixtures, Carpet, Doors and windows, Building supplies (Tile, bricks, cement blocks, built in cabinets, counter tops, etc), Non-working electronics, Furniture and mattresses.} 

VOLUNTEERS are needed to help clean up the greenhouses to make way for the sale. We will also need help promoting, sorting, organizing, pricing, and more, so please reach out to taylor@farmshed.org if you or a group you are affiliated with can lend a hand!
