Healthy Halloween Hoedown at Central Wisconsin Children's Museum
Friday, October 30 - 4:30-8pm
The Healthy Halloween Hoedown is a safe, fun-filled way to avoid the traditional 'sugar shock' of Halloween, and celebrate all of the fun!
Our event is held is historic downtown and includes Live Hoedown music, Healthy snacks, Fun carnivalgames, Halloween crafts, Exhibit play, Live critters, Cool raffle prizes, and More!
There will be Trick or Treating at main street businesses from 4:30-6:30pm and each child will receive a gift bag!
Proceeds from ticket revenue, sponsorships, and raffle are used to support our programming and our learning exhibits.
CWCM is seeking volunteers to help before, during, and after the event. Types of duties include:
- Decorating the space!
- Running Carnival Games!
- Greeting and checking in guests!
- Selling raffle tickets!
- Helping give away prizes!
- Serving Snacks and Refreshments!
- Painting happy faces!!
- Presenting Gross Science activities!
- Setting up the spaces?
- Basic clean-up and organize!
- Passport agent (help direct attendees to different activities)!
This is a FUN & Exciting event, which is not too long, is fast paced, and attendees (which are mostly kids!)arehappy because they are here and having a good time!
Come as a group or be a team and work together! Get a free pic together at the photo-booth!
All volunteers are encouraged to dress up in their best, child friendly, costumes!
