Seniorobics Teacher

There is NO better way to stick to an exercise routine than to be the teacher!  Well established class at Lincoln Center needs a new aerobics instructor.  Training, video routines available for new instructor to review.  Instructor walks students through a warmup, cardio routine, mild strength and balance exercise and a cool down.  All Equipment, sound system and insurance provided.  Leader must be outgoing, understanding and willing to work with a very kind and fun group of older adult students.  Time commitment is extremely flexible.  Applications being accepted until we find a new teacher.  Contact Kate Giblin, Senior Center Manager at 715-316-1406 with questions or for more information.  Volunteers must be 18 year or older.
