Central Rivers Farmshed is a nonprofit organization committed to growing a vibrant local food community! We are searching for individuals who are excited about local food and would like to help with our Local Food Tastes Great Fundraiser! We are looking for volunteers to help organize the products that local vendors drop off and schools then come pick up.

Shift 1: 9:15am - 11:30am
Shift 2: 11:30am - 1:30am
Job Description
Volunteers will assist in organizing and counting food products that are dropped off. This will occur onsite at Farmshed and there are two different shifts that individuals may sign up for.
Duties
- Helping to move products from vendors vehicles into the building (may require heavy lifting)
- Counting products to ensure the correct number was dropped off
- Organizing into piles for schools to pick up
Qualifications/Skills
- Interest in helping out with school fundraisers
- Able to lift heavy boxes
- Able to count and organize products
- Able to follow directions and work independently
