We are looking for volunteers to help with the bicycle project.
A variety of options are available, from sorting out bicycles into groups (good to go, need repair, recycle) and there are options if desired to repair bicycles that need new tires, or minor repairs. All these bicycles have been donated for people in need. The bicycles are located at the Wisconsin/Nicaragua Partners warehouse, 5 miles North of Stevens Point.
The donated bicycles are generally in good condition, however, some have flat tires, rusty chains, or other minor deficiencies that with a little care could provide much needed transportation for someone. Others simply need to be recycled as they are beyond a reasonable scope of repair.
This can be done at your convenience.
