Central Wisconsin Area Community Theater

These days, we’re ‘more’ than ever! Over the past few years, we’ve launched several exciting new ventures involving more types of live entertainment, more enthusiastic volunteers, and now we’re more fun than ever! 

In addition to that, we’re hosting free improv nights at our rehearsal hall at 2952 Minnesota Ave. the final Friday of each month, where we have a little potluck, get to know each other and play a few improv games. Of course if you'd just like to watch and enjoy the fun, that's just fine.

Volunteers are at the forefront of our organization.  Without them, cwACT would cease to exist. Our volunteers have diverse backgrounds - some arrive without experience, while others have theater degrees. No matter, they have in common the desire to meet people and be part of a team, to share their enthusiasm for theater, to learn and create, and to see amazing performances evolved from their efforts.
