Who We Are
The State of WI Board on Aging and Long Term Care is an advocacy agency focused on improving the quality of life for the elderly living in WI! We advocate for the interests of Wisconsin's long term care consumers, inform those consumers of their rights, educate the public about health care systems and long term care. Our values encompass: respect and dignity for the individual; protection of their rights to be free from threats to health, safety and quality of life; fairness and transparency; and open, clear and consistent communication. Our Volunteer Ombudsman Program serves individuals ages 60 and over who are residents of nursing homes in Wisconsin.
