Volunteers needed to help host our Invitation Only Tea Party.
Various hours available for groups or individuals. Come dressed up for a fancy tea party and create a welcoming atmosphere for families to bond while also exploring what the museum has to offer.
Set up team: 8am-9:30am
- Exhibit preparation
- Sign locations and instructions
- Decoration set up
- tables, snacks, Party room ready for attendees
Host team: 9-3 (1.5-3 hour time slots)
- Assist in party room
- drink assistant
- snack assistant
- clean up crew
- Assist in Art Studio hat craft
- Supplies ready, some hot gluing for attendees
- Assist with reading story in Robin's Nest
- Book(s) will be supplied
- Reset exhibit spaces between
Clean up team: 2:30pm-finish
- Garbage collection from Party Room
- Sweeping and Mopping floors
- Sanitize surfaces
