Project Fresh Start provides school supplies to 4k-12 Portage County students in need. The PFS Event Take-down volunteers will help take down and clean up after the in-person event. This is a tremendous help to the PJ Jacobs and United Way staff!
Commitment: Saturday, August 16, 2025 @ 11:30am- 2pm* (10 volunteers needed) *We will wrap up early if tasks are complete
Where: PJ Jacobs Junior High School (2400 Main St, Stevens Point, WI 54481)
Tasks: Requires lifting and standing
- Help take down tables and chairs
- Help pack up any remaining supplies/backpacks
- Help take down posters and clean up any other garbage
Included: Water and light snacks available (please eat lunch prior to volunteer event)
