Raking will take place between October 27th- November 1, 2025. Raking teams are asked to indicate what day they plan to volunteer in the registration survey and inform United Way if that day changes.

Please be advised that we can only guarantee 1-2 hours of raking per team. We cannot predict how many leaves will be dropped and can only estimate the amount of time a yard will take to be raked.
If you are looking to rake for multiple hours, we will do our best to place you with large and/or multiple yards, but it is not guaranteed.
We will attempt to offer alternative volunteer opportunities for you as well. Please note that use of leaf blowers will significantly shorten the amount of time planned for each yard.
Volunteer team leaders will receive their yard assignments through email and will be responsible for sharing information with their team.
Rakes will be available for pick up at the United Way office located at 2801 Hoover Rd. Unit 2, Stevens Point, WI 54481. Please indicate if you need rakes when you complete the volunteer registration.
Don't forget to take photos of your team for our photo contest! We encourage you to wear company/club shirts or Halloween costumes.
