Purpose: The position of the Day Services Art Volunteer serves to enhance the ability of Day Services to keep our clients engaged in a variety of activities such as art, supporting the organization’s mission to empower people with disabilities to achieve their work and life goals. The Day Services Art Volunteer is a representative of ODC and shares our vision and values when serving as a volunteer.
Location: 41 Parks Ridge Dr, Stevens Point, WI 54481
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the creation of arts and crafts projects
- Brainstorm and suggest new ideas for engaging, site-related projects
- Provide necessary set-up and clean-up of materials
- Notify supervisors when materials need replacement
Responsible to: Rob Waters, Day Services Coordinator
Time Commitment: Flexible, to be determined between volunteer and supervisor

- Willing to teach clients

Support: General training for all volunteers is provided by the Senior Director of Program Services. Position specific training will be provided by the Day Services Coordinator. In addition, they are available for questions and assistance.
